Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy details the shipping and delivery terms for products purchased from the Høj Lab shop.

Processing Time

All items in my shop are processed on a made-to-order basis to cut down on inventory costs and waste. Orders are typically processed for shipping within 7 business days from the date of purchase. In case of high order volumes or unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended. I will communicate any such delays as soon as I learn of them.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

I work with several printing and fulfillment partners around the world, and as such shipping methods and carriers vary by location. For US orders, shipping carriers may include USPS, FedEx, UPS. Carriers for international orders vary widely depending on location.

Shipping Costs

For physical products, I generally charge a flat rate shipping fee. Please note that I personally subsidize shipping fees for my customers. I want my products to be as accessibly as possible for my customers, so I do my best to keep shipping rates as affordable and competitive as reasonably possible. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before finalizing your order.

Shipping Destinations

I ship my products worldwide. If you have any questions about shipping to a specific location, please contact me and I will work with you directly.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This tracking information will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment until it reaches its destination.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.

  • Estimated delivery times are as follows:

    • Standard Domestic (US) Shipping: 3-5 business days

    • Express Domestic (US) Shipping:  1-3 business days

    • International Shipping: Varies depending on location. Typically 1-2 weeks

Customs and Import Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or failure to claim the package from the carrier, it may be returned to us. Customers are responsible for the costs of reshipping or any applicable restocking fees.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES Policy

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Exchanges Policy outlines the guidelines for returning or exchanging products purchased from this site.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

You may be eligible for a return or exchange if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.). Apparel items cannot have been washed or worn and must be re-sellable in new condition.

Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. After this period, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact me directly using the form on my contact page. Customers must provide the order number and should describe the reason for the return/exchange. Once a return/exchange request is received, you will be contacted with further information about how to proceed.

Return Shipping

If the return/exchange is due to an error (defective product, wrong item shipped, etc.), I will cover the cost of return shipping. If the return/exchange is not due to an error (change of mind, size issues, etc.), the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. I reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds and Exchanges Process

Once the item has been received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed. Refunds or exchanges cannot be sent to the customer prior to receiving the original returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Exchanges will be processed based on product availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, a refund can be provided.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

Digital products purchased through this site are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Furthermore, customized or personalized items, including custom art commission requests, are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
